Horoscope
I read my horoscope today, which I haven't done in a while, and it shook me.
Monday, September 8, 2008One might think this is an easy task and maybe it is, but first I have to work out my spiritual beliefs and then I can tackle my soul's purpose.
You make the most progress now not by striving to get ahead in your career, but by integrating your spiritual beliefs into your everyday life. You may have to step down from a lifestyle that has grown less and less attractive, but you'll be happier in the long run if you are doing work that is consistent with your soul's purpose.

"Land your stag."
Here are some more picture from Gentlemen Broncos. Here we are shooting out at Stansbury Island out at the Great Salt Lake.
If you look in the middle of the frame there's a little black square with a white X on it. That's a bag filled with gasoline set to ignite when it hits the rock.

Battle stag
Those are paintball guns attached to that cross beam and aligned to shoot to each side of the Sam Rockwell.
This is what those paintball guns are shooting. Glass marbles covered in hard plastic ($2 each).
That's right, the battle stage has a rocket launcher that comes out its ass.

This is my job
As I already mentioned, I was let go from the accounting department of Gentlemen Broncos at the beginning of March. Well, I ended up back on there for about a month at the end of the film. This time I was in the art department doing set dressing. Needless to say, the art department is a lot more fun than accounting. I would attempt to explain what I do, but I would rather give a visual.
Yes, those are jars of testicles. For two days or so, we made around forty-five jars just like these. They are made up of turkey testicles, modeling clay, and cheese and the pink stringy stuff coming off is fiberglass insulation. They are a very integral part of the story ;)

Nothing left to do but smile, smile, smile.
Tonight I came down to our spare bedroom, read poetry, wrote and listened to Clair de Lune by Debussy and right now I feel so great my eyes are beginning to water. I'm not sure what or why exactly, but I feel this overwhelming feeling of love, an everything will work out feeling, and it's not that I have been feeling frantic lately or like everything is not alright. I do get the occasional worry of how are we going to get to Europe, or when will I finish school, or lately I have thought a little about my financial situation, being unemployed and all, but all in all I feel really good about where I am. I am only 26 and the world holds endless possibilities for me that will unfold in due time. I just got a text from Julia that says "Get ready because when I come home we're making out." See, the unfolding has begun. ;)
Cheers.
